What really blows people away are the sorbets served in fruit skins, however - incredible, flavorful, smooth treats that people don't forget in a hurry.

Coconut Sorbet - Delicately sweet coconut sorbet served in a coconut husk, for that perfect presentation of a fantastic dessert.
Pomegranate Sorbet - This bold sorbet is served in a lemon rind, letting the zesty citrus complement the naturally sweet and sour notes of the pomegranate.
