The story of Team Love Seafood goes back to the 1990s when a couple decided to host a fish fry to make money for their son’s baseball team. The cuisine they whipped up proved to be a huge hit, and before long they were the unofficial cooks for the entire baseball team. They loved cooking for others so much, they eventually decided to go pro. Now, they’re treating the streets of Jacksonville, FL to a bounty of seafood faves served out of a 24-foot custom trailer that allows them to whip up oceanic eats fresh on site.
Each dish comes with a custom blend of spices dreamed up by the talented cooks behind the scenes. From the savory breading coating the fish and chips to the bold spices that amp up the taste of the seafood gumbo, every dish is well worth sampling. Plus, the menu also serves deep-fried everything, right down to the deviled eggs. Sound delicious? Then have Team Love Seafood out to cater your next event.
MUST TRY Seafood Deviled Eggs — Battered and deep-fried egg whites stuffed with a deviled egg filling mixed with blue crab meat and shrimp. All topped off with a drizzle of remoulade sauce as a finishing touch.
