This food truck delivers on classic comforts, meals served in big portions with even bigger flavors. Tacos, flatbreads, nachos and quesadillas are piled high with locally sourced ingredients, from freshly caught Mayport shrimp to organic, sauteed vegetables. They're grillin' up chicken, steak and pulled pork and dishin' it out on specialty cheesesteaks and sandwiches. With a rotating menu, Hot Rod's Mobile Muncher's has us on the lookout for the cookout.

Buddha Chicken & Spinach - hickory smoked and sea salt rubbed chicken grilled fresh and served with spinach, grilled and green onions, pineapple, sweet peppers, melted with mozzarella and pepper jack cheese with their Sweet Heat chile sauce. Did we mention big flavor? We did.
